My name is Tasnim. I am a psychologist and a certified hypnotherapist, working with women who experience anxiety, emotional overload, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma.

As long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply interested in how childhood experiences shape a person’s life. This curiosity naturally grew into a passion for helping people live healthier, more balanced lives with greater emotional awareness and inner peace.

My work is influenced by both professional training and personal understanding. As a wife and a mother of five, I’m familiar with the emotional load many women carry — often silently — while trying to stay strong for everyone else.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (MSc), with advanced study in psychotherapy and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety. I am also a certified hypnotherapist, which allows me to work gently with deeper emotional patterns that may lie beneath conscious awareness.a

Many women I work with feel stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted without fully understanding why. Therapy, when offered with care and clarity, can help bring insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

Alongside therapy, I also create therapeutic journals and workshops for women. I’m passionate about combining psychology with thoughtful, calming design to offer supportive tools that encourage self-reflection, emotional awareness, and healing beyond the therapy room.

Whether through sessions, journals, or workshops, my goal is to help you slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater emotional clarity and self-compassion.
